Amouage Search

Year: 2023

Perfumer: Alexis Grugeon

Search tells the story of striving and becoming — of life emerging from shadow into radiance. The fragrance opens with a burst of lemon, lime, and mandarin, symbolizing clarity and fresh beginnings. At its heart lies sacred Hojari frankincense fused with piquant black pepper and resinous elemi, echoing strength and spiritual grounding. The base smolders with cade, vetiver, and guaiacwood, creating a smoky, earthy depth that reflects perseverance and inner strength. Together, these layers evoke the energy of resilience and the journey toward one’s ideal self.
