Shipping Policy
Handling & Processing: All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. Please note that handling time is separate from transit time.
U.S. Shipping:
- Standard: $6.99 flat rate (FREE for orders over $100). Arrives in 3–7 business days.
- Priority: 1–3 business days.
International Shipping:
- 10–14 business days. Rates and customs fees are calculated at checkout.
Note:
- Customers are responsible for all international duties, taxes, and fees.
- Mystic Perfume is not responsible for any issues that occur after an international package leaves the United States, including but not limited to delays, holds, damage, loss, delivery problems, carrier disruptions, or any other transit-related issues.
- All international sales are final.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships (USPS or UPS).
We strongly recommend selecting optional insurance at checkout.
Uninsured: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once handed to the carrier.
Insured: All claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- For missing or stolen packages, a police report (a police report document in PDF format, police report tracking number or receipt alone is not sufficient) and video proof, such as doorbell or CCTV footage, are required.
- For damaged items, customers must provide photos of all 6 sides of the shipping package, along with photos and video of the damaged item. Customers must keep the damaged item and all packaging until the claim is finalized.
Late Orders: If tracking is stagnant for 7+ days (U.S.) or 40+ days (Intl), email info@mysticperfume.com.
Address Errors: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or in the case of a refused delivery, the original shipping fee is non-refundable, and a 10% restocking fee applies.
