Shipping Policy
Handling Time
- All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- If a product has a longer processing time, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
Transit Time (After Shipment)
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days (please allow up to 14 business days).
- Priority / Expedited (U.S.): 1–3 business days (please allow up to 7 business days).
- International Shipping: Typically 10–14 business days, but customs delays may extend delivery up to 8 weeks in rare cases.
Please note: Handling time (processing) is separate from transit time (delivery).
Tracking & Delivery
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
- Domestic orders can be tracked through USPS or UPS.
- For international orders, tracking may stop updating once the package leaves the U.S. depending on the destination country’s postal service.
Delays
- Mystic Perfume is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, natural disasters, postal strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Missing or Late Orders
- If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Check the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
- If tracking shows no updates for 7+ business days (U.S.) or 14+ business days (international), please contact us at info@mysticperfume.com with your order number.
- We will assist you with locating the package or filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.
Incorrect Address / Refused Deliveries
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- If an order is returned due to wrong or incomplete address, refusal, or being unclaimed:
- The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- A 10% restocking fee will apply.
- Reshipping may require additional postage.
Shipping Rates
- U.S. Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate for the first item (FREE for orders over $79.99).
- Expedited Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- International Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Important: For international orders, Mystic Perfume is not responsible for any loss or damages for any reason once the package leaves the U.S. Customers assume all risk for international shipments.
Shipping Insurance
Optional shipping insurance is available at checkout to protect against loss, damage, or confirmed carrier misdelivery during transit. By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Shipping insurance is strongly recommended, especially during peak seasons and for international shipments.
If Shipping Insurance Is Not Selected:
Mystic Perfume is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
The following situations are not covered without insurance:

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

Theft after delivery

Carrier delays

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
We may assist with filing a carrier inquiry when possible; however, no replacements or refunds are guaranteed.
If Shipping Insurance Is Selected:
Lost or stolen packages must be reported to us within 3 days of the delivery date. We will assist you in filing an insurance claim.
Required Documentation for Claims:
To proceed with an insurance claim, you must provide:

A police report filed for the stolen package

Proof of theft, such as:

Doorbell camera footage

Home security system video

Neighborhood or building CCTV footage

Failure to provide the required documentation may result in claim denial.
