Return & Refund Policy
At Mystic Perfume, your satisfaction is our priority. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (as confirmed by the shipping carrier).
Return Fees:
- Standard returns: 10% restocking fee + $12 return shipping fee (applies to all returns using our prepaid label)
- Used or non-qualified items: Minimum 20% restocking fee + $12 shipping fee
Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is processed. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
- Unused.
- In original condition and packaging.
- Returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items are considered used if:
- The seal or packaging is broken/tampered with.
- The fragrance has been sprayed or tested.
- A tester unit is returned (always considered used).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Decant bottles, for hygiene reasons.
- Final Sale items.
- Altered, counterfeit, or fake products.
Note: International orders are considered final sale.

Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Receive Return Instructions
Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and detailed instructions. - Send the Item Back
Carefully pack your item(s) in the original packaging. All returns must be shipped within 5–7 business days of receiving return approval.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original method of payment.
Please note: the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Exchanges:
To guarantee the replacement product, we recommend purchasing the new item first. Once we receive your return, we will issue reimbursement to your original payment method.
If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, indicate this in your return email.
Order Cancellations:
We accept cancellations before shipment within 12 hours after purchase. Please email us at info@mysticperfume.com with your order number to request a cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process.
