RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Mystic Perfume, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we accept returns within 14 days of arrival (as documented by the shipping carrier) and the return shipping label will be provided by us. There will be a 10% deducted as a restocking fee, and addition of a flat $12 shipping fee will be applied to all returns processed through our prepaid label.Β
Any items returned to us that have been used or do not meet these criteria will be deducted at least 20% or more as a restocking fee with an additional $12 shipping fee.
Once your return is completed, you will receive a refund to the original method of payment (original shipping will not be refunded).
To ensure that you will receive a product refund, the provided the items meet our return conditions outlined below:

Items are not used, in the same condition, and in the same packaging that you receive them. An item is considered used under the following conditions:

The seal or original packaging has been broken or tampered with.

The fragrance has been sprayed or tested in any way.

Tester units returned to us will automatically be classified as used, regardless of condition.

Items are sent back to us within 14 days of arrival to you as documented by the shipping carrier.

All decant bottles are not eligible for return under any circumstances due to hygiene reasons and the potential for contamination.

All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

International shipments are considered as FINAL SALE. Therefore, they are not eligible for return as well.

Carefully pack your item(s) in the original packaging. All returns must be shipped within 5β7 business days of receiving return approval.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original method of payment.
Please note: the original shipping cost is non-refundable.Β
EXCHANGES
If we wait until we receive the return item to complete a traditional exchange, we cannot guarantee that the new item you want will still be in stock. Rather, we encourage you to purchase the new item that works better for you and we will reimburse your account as soon as we receive the returned item. This ensures that the new item you want is in stock.
If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, simply let us know in your return email.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We accept cancellations before shipment within 12 hours after purchase. Please email us at info@mysticperfume.com with your order number to request a cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process.
