We currently accept the following payment options:

• Major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
• PayPal
• Zelle (preferred payment option)
• Cash (for local customers where applicable)

Note: Prices listed on our website are cash/Zelle/group prices. Orders paid with other methods may include a small processing fee.

All payments must be completed at the time of purchase. Orders will not be shipped or fulfilled until payment has cleared. Payment cards (credit or debit) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. Mystic Perfume is not liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order if the required authorization is not received.

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Customers purchasing from outside the United States may incur conversion rates or additional fees from their bank or payment provider. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders Shipping to U.S. Territories:

Orders shipping to a U.S. territory — including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands — must be paid by wire transfer, regardless of order value. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal for these destinations.

• If a card or PayPal order is placed for a territory address, we will contact you with wire instructions and place the order on hold. The original payment will be voided or refunded in full.
• Orders will not be released to the carrier until the wired funds have posted to our account.

Mystic Perfume takes payment security seriously. All online transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store full credit card details.

We reserve the right to request additional verification for orders flagged as suspicious. Orders found to be fraudulent will be cancelled immediately, and the information may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Identity & Card Verification on High-Value Orders

To protect both our customers and our business against unauthorised card use, a customer's first order of $1,500.00 USD or more is subject to identity and card verification before it ships.

For these orders we will request:

1. A photo of a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport) belonging to the cardholder.
2. A photo of the physical payment card, held by the cardholder, showing only the last four digits and the name embossed or printed on the card. All other digits, the expiration date, and the CVV/security code must be covered or blacked out. Never send us your full card number.

Conditions:

• The name on the ID, the name on the card, and the billing name on the order must all match.
  
• Images are reviewed by authorised staff for verification purposes only. We do not store full card numbers at any time. Verification images are retained only as long as necessary to protect the order against dispute and are then permanently deleted.
• Once a customer has successfully completed verification, subsequent orders on the same verified account and card will not normally require it again.

Refunds, if applicable, will only be issued in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed. Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

Once payment is successfully processed, confirmation will be sent to the customer. Refunds (if applicable) will follow the Return & Refund Policy, and any unauthorized chargebacks will be addressed as described above.
