Payment Policy
We currently accept the following payment options:
- Major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- PayPal
- Zelle (preferred payment option)
- Cash (for local customers where applicable)
Note: Prices listed on our website are cash/Zelle/group prices. Orders paid with other methods may include a small processing fee.
All payments must be completed at the time of purchase. Orders will not be shipped or fulfilled until payment has cleared. Payment cards (credit or debit) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. Mystic Perfume is not liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order if the required authorization is not received.
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Customers purchasing from outside the United States may incur conversion rates or additional fees from their bank or payment provider. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Mystic Perfume takes payment security seriously. All online transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store full credit card details.
We reserve the right to request additional verification for orders flagged as suspicious. Orders found to be fraudulent will be cancelled immediately, and the information may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Refunds, if applicable, will only be issued in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed. Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
Once payment is successfully processed, confirmation will be sent to the customer. Refunds (if applicable) will follow the Return & Refund Policy, and any unauthorized chargebacks will be addressed as described above.
