Return Policy

RETURN - REFUND POLICY

Regarding retail items, we will accept returns within 30 days of arrival to you as documented by the shipping carrier. Return shipping label will be provided by us. However, original shipping will not be refunded and there will be a 10% deducted as a restocking fee. Once your return is completed, you will receive a refund to the original method of payment.

To ensure that you will receive a product refund, please only return items that meet the following criteria:

  • Items are not used, in the same condition, and in the same packaging that you receive them.

  • Items are sent back to us within 30 days of arrival to you as documented by the shipping carrier.

Any items returned to us that do not meet these criteria will be deducted at least 20% or more as a restocking fee . If you are unsure as to whether or not your return is eligible for a refund or have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@mysticperfume.com

All decant bottles are not eligible for return under any circumstances due to hygiene reasons and the potential for contamination.

All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

International shipments are considered as FINAL SALE. Therefore, they are not eligible for return as well.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from receipt of the returned item.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Shipping protection is available as an optional add-on at checkout, with rates based on the total cart value. Please note that Mystic Perfume is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft during transit if the buyer chooses to opt out of shipping protection.

In cases of package disputes, such as "porch piracy" or when tracking shows delivery but the buyer claims otherwise, proof of theft will be required to file an insurance claim.

For orders exceeding $500, signature confirmation is mandatory. If a package is signed for at the delivery address or the customer waives the signature requirement (either through us or the shipping carrier), shipping insurance will not cover theft, and Mystic Perfume will not be held liable for the lost package.

EXCHANGES

If we wait until we receive the return item to complete a traditional exchange, we cannot guarantee that the new item you want will still be in stock. Rather, we encourage you to purchase the new item that works better for you and we will reimburse your account as soon as we receive the returned item. This ensures that the new item you want is in stock.
